Single Family Office Build-out
SRS worked with family leaders to develop a custom single-family office (SFO) that met their specific wealth, business, lifestyle and multi-generational needs. From project planning, technology and reporting, curation of “best in breed” partners, staffing and governance. SRS delivered an end-to-end single family office solution for a multi-generation family.
Investment Governance
SRS acts as the investment subject matter expert on multiple trusts and endowments, serving on oversight committees to ensure portfolios are managed in alignment with trust documents and investment policy guidelines. Outsourced CFO
SRS took an equity position in a small aviation company, rebuilt infrastructure, upgraded management team and vendors, restructured debt, updated pricing and distribution.
Family Office Redesign
SRS augmented an existing second-generation family office with enhanced infrastructure, governance and outsourced partners while remaining on board to serve as the family trusted advisor.

Build Out
A custom investmemt office (OCIO) was built incorporating ‘best in class’ outsourced managers across all major assets classes while incorporating a Regime Based Asset Allocation (RBAA) portfolio management approach. Infrastructure buildout included technology, staffing, research, policies and procedures, regulatory and governance.
Sale of Private Equity Portfolio
A real estate focused family sought to sell their private equity portfolio. SRS ran an LP-led secondary process to structure a strategic sale while identifying over 50 prospective institutional and family office buyers.
Private Company Transactional Due Diligence
